Can I cancel a booking made on the day of arrival if I can't check in at the scheduled time?

This depends on what check-in time restrictions the property has in place. You can view them:

  • In the sections “Conditions of accommodation” and “Additional information” on the hotel page

  • In the “Important, please note” section of the booking page

Important: Before booking, make sure you can check in on time to meet the restrictions and pay attention to the time zone in which the accommodation is located.

If at the time of booking the check-in time has not yet ended, but you have not made it to the property by the end of the check-in time, please contact support immediately.

We will contact the accommodation provider or supplier, if the accommodation provider cooperates with us through a third party company, and do our best to minimize or waive the penalty. But since it is the final site or supplier that makes the final decision, a positive outcome is not guaranteed.

If the check-in time has already passed at the time of booking, it means that the property has not closed sales in time. In this situation, the chance of a refund will be much higher, but we will need time to work out the details.
