For bookings paid on Ostrovok:
1. Send a request to support in any convenient way.
2. In your request, please indicate that you need a refund confirmation, along with your booking number, dates, and the name of the property.
We will send you a refund check, and if more than 5 days have passed since the refund, we will also send you an ARN code of the transaction, with which you can contact your bank to track the payment.
If the refund has been requested by bank transfer, we will send you a payment order for the transfer.
For bookings paid directly to the property:
In such a case, proof of refund will need to be requested directly from the accommodation provider. You can find the contact details in the booking confirmation (in the voucher) or check with support.
If for some reason, the property does not provide the required information, please contact support. We will ask them to provide a refund document.
