How do I leave a review?

  1. Find the booking you want under “My Bookings” → “Past” tab.

  2. Click “Leave Feedback.”

We will also send a reminder after your stay asking for feedback. To open it, click on the bell icon in the site's header and click “Leave a Review.”

The review will be published after moderation, which usually takes one day to two weeks.

You can leave a review at any time after checking out of the hotel.

We take the validity of reviews seriously, so we have limited the ability to leave reviews for a hotel if a stay cannot be confirmed. For example, if the hotel is not booked on Ostrovok or the booking has been cancelled. If you want to leave a review but for some reason you can't do it, check out this article.
