What should I do if the promo code doesn't work?

If you can't apply the promo code, please check:

  • If there are no errors or misprints in the input field, such as extra spaces or dots.

  • Promo code expiration date and terms. For example, a promo code can be valid only for bookings worth 10,000 rubles or more.

​If there are no errors and your booking complies with the promotion terms, but the promo code is not applied, please send a detailed request to support: copy the promo code, take a screenshot of the screen with the error, and provide your email. We'll verify the information and help you figure it all out.
