After cancelling a booking:
1. The order status in your account will change to “Booking cancelled.”
2. You will receive a cancellation confirmation message at the email address to which your account is linked; check your inbox and spam folders.
If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact support in a convenient way. In the request, please provide all the details of the booking: booking number, dates, and the name of the property.
