If you paid for your booking online, you can find the confirmation document in your profile. Open your booking voucher and click “Print confirmation document”.

You can also request a confirmation document by sending an email to [email protected], via chat or the feedback form.

If you paid for your booking in the hotel, you can receive your confirmation document at the reception.
