How do I get a payment confirmation for my booking?

When paying online or in the app

Confirmation of the amount paid can be found in the voucher in your personal account (“My Bookings” section). To print it out:

  1. Select the desired booking.

  2. Click “Other actions” → “Booking Details” → “Print Confirmation.”

Important: Payment documents may differ depending on the payment system used.

Confirmation of the transaction (receipt) is most often received by email in a separate message immediately after payment.

If you don't find the receipt in your inbox or spam folder, contact support. To get an answer faster, submit a request via chat:

  1. Open the required booking in your profile.

  2. Click “Other actions.”

  3. Select “Question to Support Team.”

If you contact support by phone or email, please provide all details at once — booking number, dates, hotel name, and guest names.

When paying on site

Only the accommodation provider will provide the payment document — you can request it from the hotel staff or the apartment owner.
