How can I find out the cost of additional services in the hotel?

If the price of the additional service you are interested in is not indicated on the hotel page in the sections “Conditions of accommodation” and “Additional information” and further in the section “Important, please note” on the booking page, the conditions of the service should be checked with the hotel.

You can contact the hotel directly via the contacts from your booking confirmation or contact our support, detailing your request. We will check with the hotel for all the necessary information and get back to you with feedback.

If you have already made a booking, it will be quicker to get a response via chat. To submit a question:

  1. Open the required order in your profile.

  2. Click “Other actions.”

  3. Select “Question to Support Team.”

If you contact support by phone or email, please provide all details at once: booking number, dates, hotel name, and guest names.
