If you have specified the number and age of children when creating your booking, their accommodation will be included in the rate.
Please note: The rate does not always include separate sleeping spaces for children.
If there is a note "Extra bed is not included" in the rate description, it may mean, for example, that when booking a double room for three adult guests, there will be only two beds. A third bed will need to be paid extra per the hotel rates.
The lack of separate sleeping places for children is not always specified in the rate.
For example, if a hotel's general policy is that children can be accommodated with parents in a double bed at no extra charge, this information is not noted in each rate individually.
To find out if separate beds for children will be provided, we recommend contacting the accommodation provider (contact details on the booking confirmation) or our support.
If you have already made a booking, it is faster to get a response from support via chat. To submit a question:

Select “Question to Support Team.”
If you contact support by phone or email, please provide all details at once: booking number, dates, hotel name, and guest names.
