An extra bed may not always be available, this depends on room capacity.
If an extra bed is provided, the cost may be the same for all rooms or may depend on the category and whether the extra guest will need meals.
Information on the price of an extra bed can be found in the "Conditions of accommodation" and "Additional information" sections of the hotel page. After selecting a specific rate and going to the page for creating a booking, this information is duplicated in the window that opens when you click on the “Important, please note” button.
If you do not find the information you are looking for in these sections, please contact support. Describe your request in detail and include the address and name of the hotel.
If you have already made a booking, it will be quicker to get a response via chat. To submit a question:
Open the required order in your profile.
Click “Other actions.”
Select “Question to Support Team.”
If you contact support by phone or email, please be sure to provide all details at once: booking number, dates, hotel name, and guest names.
