Restoring booking depends on:
Availability of rooms of the right category for the right period
Property's consent to restore the booking
Whether it is technically possible for the property or the supplier (a third company through which the property can cooperate with us) to restore the booking with the original parameters
Since restoring will take time to reconcile, consider making a new booking at affordable rates, it's faster that way.
If it is important for you to restore a cancelled booking, for example, if there are no more suitable rates available or if you have paid a penalty when cancelling the original booking, please send a request to support in any convenient way, and in the request please provide all the details of the booking: booking number, dates, and the name of the property.
We cannot guarantee that booking will be restored, but we will do our best to make it happen.
