Is it possible to get a refund NOT to the card used to pay for the booking?

For bookings paid on Ostrovok, refunds are automatically sent to the card you used to pay for the booking.

The method for refunding bookings paid directly to the property depends on the property's policy. Please contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation (voucher).
