You can cancel the booking in your profile on the website or in the mobile app. Use your login and password, open the “My Bookings” tab, and click “Booking cancellation conditions”.
You’ll see the pop-up window with conditions of booking cancellation. If you agree, click “Cancel booking”.
Then, you’ll receive an email letter with the confirmation of your booking cancellation.
You can also cancel your booking with the help of the Customer Support, by sending an email to email@example.com, via chat or the feedback form.
