How to cancel or change a non-refundable booking

You cannot cancel or change a non-refundable booking (bookings with the “Non-refundable” status).

Still, if you need to cancel or change such a booking, please contact the Customer Support by sending an email to hi@ostrovok.ru, via chat, or the feedback form. We will try to help you, but remember that the hotel can refuse to change or cancel this booking.
