What is priority service, and how is it different from the personal concierge?

The priority service allows the guest to call on the special line so that they won't have to wait for an operator's answer in the common queue, it also includes the manual booking pre-check. The operator calls the hotel and manually makes sure the hotel is waiting for the guest, that the meal type, the bed type,  the view, etc. correspond to the guest's order. The personal concierge pre-checks the booking, sends a request to the hotel for the room type upgrading and the compliment, helps to book the transfer, and additional services, having contacted the hotel directly.
