How do I extend my stay?

If you need to extend your booking for a day or more

In a hotel:

  1. Book the same room category at the same hotel for additional days.

  2. Submit a support request with both new and original order numbers.

We will tell the hotel that it is a single booking, and you will not be relocated. You can also book another room category, but then you will need to relocate.

In an apartment:

  1. Book the same apartment for additional days.

  2. Submit a support request with both new and original order numbers.

We will tell the apartment representative that this is a single booking.

If you need to extend your booking by a few hours:

Add “Early check-in” or “Late check-out” to your booking. You can find details here.
