In most cases, meals are already included in the price of the accommodation. Information on the type of meals will be listed in the rate description.
It could be:
Breakfast only
Two meals a day / half-board (breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner)
Three meals a day / full-board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
All-inclusive
If the property has its own in-house restaurant, café, or bar, this will be indicated in the hotel description (“Popular amenities” → “All amenities” → “Services and amenities”).
Hotels organize breakfasts for guests in different formats. For example, one hotel may offer breakfast in a buffet restaurant, while another offers tea and bakery delivery to guests' rooms. It sometimes happens (but quite rarely) that the included breakfast is in another facility nearby.
Tip: When checking in, check in advance for the time period when you can come for the included breakfast — it is usually for a limited time. Lunch and dinner are also at specific times if included in the price.
If you are unable to attend at the designated time, please notify the staff in advance, preferably 24 hours in advance, in which case you may be offered a lunch box or other alternative.
All-inclusive rate options may offer different services at the same hotel. For example, a basic all-inclusive rate and an upgraded all-inclusive rate may differ in access to alcoholic beverages or specific on-site restaurants.
If you booked a rate without meals but decide to purchase them in advance, please contact Ostrovok's support. You can also pay extra for the desired meal option already on site.
If the hotel has an à la carte restaurant or café, you can visit it during your stay and pay directly at the restaurant or at check-out.
