Where can I see all the information about the booking?

1. Click on your email address in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Select “My Bookings” from the drop-down list.

In the list of all your bookings, you can see full information about each order:

  • The name of the hotel

  • Dates of stay

  • Number of guests

  • Price

  • Payment information

  • Booking number on our website

  • Booking number assigned to this order at the hotel (code)

For upcoming bookings, you can print a voucher (confirmation with detailed information) and check the cancellation conditions.

To clarify information on a specific booking, submit a request to support. To do this, on the booking page, select “Other actions” and click “Question to Support Team.”


Important: If you can't find your voucher or booking in your personal account, but your card has been charged, please prepare a receipt of the debit (screenshot) and contact support by phone or email. We will help figure it out.
