How do I change my contact information in my account?

Email address

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address after creating an account. This restriction has been put in place as additional protection for our users' accounts, and only one email address is linked to each account, the one provided at the time of registration or first booking.

What do I do if my email has changed?

You can re-register for the service, it only takes a couple of minutes. If you need to see information on previous orders, you can log in to your old account, it will not be deleted.

If you are unable to log into your old account, please contact support.

Phone number

You can change your phone number at any time in your account settings on the website or app.

If you are not booking the hotel for yourself, we recommend that you specify the actual guest's number at the time of booking. Then the booking confirmation will come to your email, but if the person needs to be contacted by phone, we will call the number that was given in the booking.
