A voucher is a document confirming a successful booking that includes the date of arrival, guest names, and other details.
A booking confirmation letter and voucher will be sent to the email address linked to your profile immediately after the order is placed.
Important: If you made a booking without registering on Ostrovok, we will send the email to the address you provided when making the booking.
Please check your email, including your spam folder. If the voucher has not arrived, you can also find it in your personal account by following these steps:
1. Go to the website ostrovok.ru.
2. In the upper right corner, click on your email.
3. Go to the “My Bookings” section.
4. Find the booking you are interested in, click “Other actions”→ “Booking Details.”
This will open a page from which you can forward the voucher to a convenient email address (click “Forward сonfirmation”).
The voucher can also be downloaded in .pdf format in Russian and English. To do this, click “Print confirmation.”
