How do I log in to my account, and what should I do if I can't log in?

To log in to the service, click “Sign in” in the upper right corner of the screen and enter your email address and password.

If you have never registered on Ostrovok or booked before, you must first register to enter your account.

If you are unable to access your account, click “Forgot your password?” and check your email (inbox and spam folder), you will receive an email with a link to recover your password.

If the email with the link still hasn't arrived, please contact our support and we'll sort it out.

Do I have to register before booking?

No, you can book any accommodation without registering. In this case, your account will be created automatically.

Important: Before booking, make sure you have entered your email address correctly, the confirmation voucher will be sent there.

To log in to the automatically created account, click “Forgot your password?” and enter the email address you used when booking.

In your account, you will be always able to:

  • View booking information

  • Send a request to change or cancel your booking

  • Leave feedback after check-out
