Basic information on check-in can be found in the “Conditions of accommodation” and “Additional information” sections on the hotel page. After selecting a rate and proceeding to booking, the data are duplicated in the “Important, please note” block.
Once a booking has been created, check-in details are available:
In the confirmation message sent to your email
On the voucher
In the “My Bookings” section of your account — find the desired booking and click “Other actions” → “Booking details.”
Instructions can also be sent in a separate email if the hotel or apartment provides this service.
When booking apartments and aparthotels, please pay attention to the “Additional information” section of the voucher — it will contain the necessary information about check-in and check-out.
Important
We recommend that you contact the apartment representative at least one day prior to arrival to discuss the check-in procedure.
If you plan to check in after 8:00 PM, additional charges may apply. Please contact the property or support to clarify terms and conditions.
Contactless check-in will require you to obtain an access code for the intercom, key box, or electronic lock in advance. If this information is not in the check-in instructions on the voucher, the apartment representative may call you or send you the details by email or messenger.
If the hotel did not provide check-in information or you have difficulties, please contact support via your account: select “Other actions” → “Question to Support Team.”
If you do not find the information you are looking for, please contact support. In your request, please describe the issue in detail, provide the address and name of the hotel. If you have already made a booking, please include the reservation number and travel dates.
