Can I choose the floor on which the room is located?

Updated this week

Unfortunately, you cannot choose a floor when booking. The availability of rooms in hotels is constantly changing, so it is often impossible to assign a room on a particular floor to a guest in advance. A room of the booked category will be provided only on the day of arrival.

However, you may communicate floor or room-specific requests to the hotel via support, but we cannot guarantee that the request will be honored.

Please note: If the category description has a balcony, the room will definitely not be on the first floor.

About basement and attic floors

If the hotel has informed us that the room is on a basement or attic floor, we will make sure to note this in the category and rate description; however, not all hotels provide this information. Keep in mind that the basement and attic floors can have rooms of any category, including standard.

About windows and views

If the room does not have a window, this will be stated in the rate description and the room will most likely be located on the basement floor. If no window information is available, at least one window in the room should be the default.

The category description can include any option for a beautiful view (sea, mountain, garden, or city view), but this will not be a guarantee of a high floor.

About the elevator

To find out if the hotel has an elevator, please visit the hotel's web page under “Popular amenities” → “All amenities” → “Services and amenities” in the “General” subsection. If an elevator is not mentioned, you can contact support — we will contact the hotel and clarify everything.

If you do not find the information you are looking for, please contact support. In the request, provide details of the question, the hotel address and name, and if you have already made a booking, the booking number and travel dates.
