How do I get a booking confirmation?

Immediately after booking, you will receive an email with your voucher. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You can also view the details of your order in your personal account in the “My Bookings” tab.

If you would like to receive a confirmation directly from a hotel employee and would like to know the internal booking number, please contact support. In the request, please provide details of the question, address and hotel name, booking number, and travel dates.
