If you cancel a booking, your current GURU level will not change, but the canceled booking will not count toward upgrading to the next level.

For example, you have GURU 2 level, and to reach GURU 3 level, you must have four trips. You have booked a hotel for the fourth trip, but for some reason, you decide not to travel and cancel the booking. Your level in the loyalty program remains the same — GURU 2 level.
