The discount amount and bonuses depend on your level in the loyalty program. There are four levels in total:
GURU 1 -– you receive this level immediately after registration or after taking at least one trip. The discount is up to 10%.
GURU 2 -– if you have taken two trips with Ostrovok, your discount is up to 15%, or a discount of up to 10% plus at least one bonus.
GURU 3 — if you have taken four trips with Ostrovok, your discount is up to 20%, or a discount of up to 10% plus at least two bonuses. You also receive priority support.
GURU 4 – the maximum level achieved after your 12th trip. The discount rises to as high as 40%, or a discount of up to 10% plus at least three bonuses. Priority support will also be available.
The number of trips is calculated based on bookings. Even if you book a hotel that does not participate in the GURU program, it will still count toward reaching the next level and a bigger discount.
