If you need an extra bed for an adult or a crib for a child, please send a request to support by any convenient method. In the request, include your booking number, travel dates, what bed will be required, and whether meals need to be added.
We will contact the hotel, clarify all conditions, and get back to you with news.
Please note that room capacity may be limited.
Important: If a guest requires not only a bed but also meals, these will need to be paid for separately. You can find more information about it here.
How do I pay for an extra bed?
It depends on what rate you booked (with payment on Ostrovok or at check-in) and the hotel's policy (whether it accepts online payment for extra services).
If you paid for your booking in full on the website or mobile app and the hotel accepts online payment for services, we will send you a payment link once all terms and conditions have been agreed to and will include the service in the booking once payment has been made.
If your booking has already been paid for but the hotel does not accept online payment, we will advise you of the cost and terms, and you will need to pay for the extra bed on site.
If you have chosen to pay at the property, you will need to pay for the bed at the accommodation.
