How do I get a travel document?

If the booking is paid in full on the website or in the Ostrovok app, you can download the travel document directly from your account:

  1. Find the desired order in the “My Bookings” section.

  2. Click “Other actions,” then “Booking Details.”

  3. Click “Print travel document” (right) and select a language.

Please note: We only provide reporting documents electronically.

If you need a certificate of accommodation without a rate, please contact the hotel directly; contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

If the booking was paid upon arrival, you will need to request a travel document from the hotel directly; only the legal entity that accepted the payment can issue reporting documents.

You can request the documents from the receptionist immediately after check-in or contact the hotel after check-out using the contacts on the voucher.

Important: As the travel document is considered confidential, the accommodation provider will not be able to provide it to us electronically, only to you directly.
