For information about taxes and fees that are not included in a particular rate, please refer to the rate description. Such fees include, for example, a resort fee in some regions.
The hotel page provides a list of available rates for the selected dates. Each rate shows a provisional amount for additional taxes and fees not included in the price. To see details, hover your cursor over the i icon next to the cost in the rate description.
Important: Before making a booking, please read the “Conditions of accommodation” and “Additional information” sections on the hotel page. It indicates whether the hotel has additional fees — for example, deposit, early check-in surcharge, late check-out surcharge, pet fees, or parking fees.
In most cases, additional fees and charges can only be paid on site. If you would like to pay fees and charges through Ostrovok, please submit a request to support. We will contact the hotel and clarify whether it is possible to pay by bank transfer.
Please note: Payment of additional fees and charges is mandatory. If the hotel refuses to check you in due to non-payment, this will not be grounds for canceling your booking without penalty. Also, we will not be able to move you to another hotel on account of an already paid booking.

In the request, provide details of the question, the hotel address and name, and if you have already made a booking, the booking number and travel dates.
