Top Stays is Ostrovok’s program for selected properties. Only the best of the best are included — accommodations that attract guests with high-quality photos and detailed descriptions, consistently deliver excellent service, and receive outstanding reviews.
The Top Stays quality label can be awarded to hotels that have confirmed the level of service according to four criteria:
A high rating of at least 8 points. Ostrovok and Tripadvisor user ratings are taken into account.
Low percentage of incidents caused by the hotel. For example, when a guest fails to check in at the hotel or gets a different room from what they chose when booking. Hotels with more than 5% of such cases in the last three months do not receive the quality label.
Large selection of rooms and rates with competitive rates — hotels must have at least 10 rooms available for booking 100 days in advance.
High conversion rate — the ratio of bookings to views should be at least 13%.
How do I know if a hotel is part of the Top Stays program?
On the hotel page on Ostrovok, you will see a TOP↗ sign next to the name.
