Hotel contacts are available immediately after booking: you can find them in the voucher and in the confirmation email, as well as in your account in the “My Bookings” section.
If you are unable to contact a property representative using the contacts provided or have any other questions, please let us know. Select the desired booking in your account and click on “Other actions” → “Question to Support Team.” If you contact support in another way, please be sure to include all details: booking number, dates, hotel name, and guest names.
If the booking has not yet been made, you will not be able to view the hotel or apartment contacts, but we can clarify the necessary information for you. To do so, send a support request indicating your question.
