Most hotels provide this service and do not charge extra because guests leave their luggage for a short period of time. For example, if you arrive earlier than the check-in time or plan to leave the hotel later than the check-out time on the day of check-out.
In some cases, the hotel informs us of luggage storage options in advance, in which case the information is displayed on the hotel's page in the “Popular amenities” → “All amenities” → “Services and amenities” section. If there is an additional charge for storage, information about this will be in the “Conditions of accommodation” and “Additional information” sections of the hotel page (this information is on the hotel page, on the booking page, and on the voucher).

What should I do if the hotel description does not have information about the service?
This happens if the hotel has not informed us that the service is available, but it does not mean that it's not available at all. Send us a support request and we'll figure it out. You can also contact the hotel directly; the contacts will be listed on the voucher.
What do I do if luggage storage is needed for an extended period of time?
Hotels are not usually willing to provide luggage storage space for longer than a few hours, so we recommend that you consider using airport or train station luggage lockers.
