In most cases, the guest is expected only on the day of arrival until midnight, and if no one checks into the room, the booking is assigned a “no-show” status and the room is reopened for sale.
This can only be avoided by notifying the hotel of a late check-in in advance (preferably at least a day in advance).
If you do not have time to arrive at the hotel on the date of arrival, but definitely intend to check in after midnight, the next day, or later, be sure to inform support by any convenient way.
We will contact the hotel and do our best to keep the room for you until you arrive.
If you don't notify the hotel in advance, you may encounter difficulties at check-in.
