How many people can occupy one room?

Room capacity varies depending on the specific hotel and the category selected. To find a suitable option, specify the required number of adults and children in the search box, and all proposed options will be matched with these parameters.

How to add additional guests

After booking, the voucher will indicate how many people you have booked in the room or apartment. If there are more guests, please contact support. We will contact the property to see if it is possible to add guests and if an additional bed and meals will be required, if it was originally included in the rate.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to add guests to the same room, it is up to the hotel or apartment representative to decide. Most often it depends on the size of the property and whether it is possible to provide additional sleeping space.

Important: It is not always possible to pay for extra guests to be added to your booking via our platform; this depends on the property and the payment method chosen initially. If it is not possible to pay through us, you will need to pay a surcharge on arrival. We will let you know all the terms and costs in advance.

Do I always have to pay extra for additional guests?

There are times when no extra payment is required at all. For example, if you originally booked a double room for one person without meals and in this hotel or apartment the price does not depend on the number of guests.
