You can find the address of the property and the point on the map that indicates the location in the booking information in your account:
Click on your email address in the upper right corner.
Select the “My Bookings” section.
Find the booking, the description will include the address.
Click on the address; a map with a dot indicating the location will open.
You can also see the property's address in the booking confirmation letter you received by email immediately after booking and in the voucher.
If you have checked the address and point on the map but still cannot find the hotel or apartment, please contact the property directly. You can find the contact information on the voucher or check with support.
If you are unable to contact the property using the contacts listed above, please contact support by any convenient method, for example, select the desired booking in your account and click “Other actions” → “Question to Support Team.”
If you contact support in another way, please provide all details: booking number, dates, property name, and guest names.
