How do I pass information to a hotel or apartment?

  1. Contact support in any convenient way.

  2. Include in your request the booking number, travel dates, hotel/apartment name, and the message to be conveyed.

We will contact a property representative to ensure that they have taken your comment into consideration or provided a timely response.

You can also contact the representative of the hotel or apartment yourself. The contacts will be on the voucher or in the booking confirmation.

Important: Only the accommodation provider is responsible for the information provided when communicating directly with the representative of the hotel or apartment.
