What extra services does the hotel or apartment have?

On the hotel page under “Popular amenities,” click on “What other amenities are available?” If the hotel has communicated to us the availability of specific additional services, it will be listed under “Services and amenities.” Also, some services may be listed in the hotel description section.

Additional services marked as “Paid separately” are guaranteed not to be included in the price of your stay and will incur additional charges.

Services without this label may be charged or free of charge.

If the hotel has informed us about their charges, you will see this information in the “Conditions of accommodation” and “Additional information” sections of the hotel's page.

If you do not find the information you are looking for, please contact support. In your request, please describe the issue in detail, provide the address and name of the hotel, and if you have already booked, the booking number and dates of travel. We will contact the property to find out if this service is available and under what conditions.

If it is important to you that specific services are available at the selected property, please contact support before booking. We will clarify the necessary information for you.

If the required additional service requires additional payment, and you have already paid for the booking on Ostrovok, we will check with the hotel whether it can be added to the booking and paid for in the same way.

How do I pay for an additional service?

It depends on what rate you booked (with payment on Ostrovok or at check-in) and the hotel's policy (whether it accepts online payment for extra services).

If you paid for your booking in full on the website or mobile app and the hotel accepts online payment for services, we will send you a payment link once all terms and conditions have been agreed to and will include the service in the booking once payment has been made.

If your booking has already been paid for but the hotel does not accept online payment, we will advise you of the cost and terms, and you will need to pay on site.

If you have chosen to pay at the property, you will be required to pay for the service at the accommodation.
