How do I order extra breakfast, lunch, or dinner?

If the booked hotel provides meals, you can add it to your booking at any time. To do this, send a request to support by any convenient method. We will contact the hotel, clarify the terms and conditions, and agree on them with you.

How do I pay for extra meals?

It depends on what rate you booked (with payment on Ostrovok or at check-in) and the hotel's policy (whether it accepts online payment for extras).

If you paid for your booking in full on the website or mobile app and the hotel accepts online payment for services, we will send you a payment link once all terms and conditions have been agreed to and will include the service in the booking once payment has been made.

If your booking has already been paid for but the hotel does not accept online payment, we will advise you of the cost and terms, and you will need to pay for your meals on site.

If you have chosen to pay at the property, you will be required to pay for your meals upon arrival.
