Changing the number of guests

It is possible to reduce the number of guests in a booking at any time, but the reduction is not guaranteed, as the rate may include a charge for the entire room rather than for each guest individually.

To clarify if a partial refund is available, please contact support.

You can increase the number of guests only if the room capacity allows it. We tell you in detail here how to add additional guests and find out the cost of such a change.

Changing the number of rooms

To cancel one or more rooms in a booking, please contact support by any convenient method. We will relay the information to the hotel.

Refunds for partial cancellations are not guaranteed, but we will try to coordinate with the hotel for you. Learn more about cancelling an order here.

It is not possible to add one or more rooms to an existing booking. However, you may make a new booking and indicate your wish to be placed in rooms next door. We will ask the hotel to honor this request if they are able to do so.

You can forward the information to the hotel yourself (contacts will be on the voucher) or through our support. To do this, send a request, indicating the numbers of all booking.
