How do I choose a hotel that has an elevator?

Information about elevator availability can be found on the hotel's page under “Popular amenities” → “All amenities” → “Services and amenities” (in the “General” subsection). However, the absence of this information does not necessarily mean there is no elevator — it may simply mean the hotel has not provided this detail.

You can contact support, and we will check whether the hotel you’re interested in has an elevator and if it will be operational during your travel dates. Please include your question, the hotel name and address, and if you’ve already booked, your booking number and travel dates.
