If your booking was paid in full on the Ostrovok website or app, but you do not see the travel document in your account, please contact support. In order for us to respond as quickly as possible, please include in your request the booking number, dates of stay, the name of the property, and the names of the guests. We will send a travel document to the email address you provided when booking.
If you have booked a hotel or apartment with payment at the property (payment method - “Pay on the spot”) and the arrival date has not yet come, you will be able to request a travel document from the property administrator as soon as you have paid in full.
If you already paid for your booking at check-in and have already checked out, you will need to contact the property at the contacts listed on the voucher to obtain your travel documents.
