What documents will I receive after booking?

You will receive two emails immediately after paying for your order on the website or app:

  1. With the subject “Booking Confirmation” — it will have the voucher in it.

  2. With the subject “Payment Confirmation” — it will have the transaction confirmation.

Messages will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering. If you don't find them in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you do not find such emails, please contact support:

  1. Open the required order in your account.

  2. Click “Other actions.”

  3. Select “Question to Support Team.”

If you contact support in another way, such as by phone or email, please be sure to include all details at once: booking number, dates, hotel name, and guest names. This will help the specialists get back to you faster with an answer.
