This situation could have occurred due to several reasons:
Booking has been cancelled
We take the validity of reviews very seriously, so we have limited the ability to leave reviews for a hotel if a stay cannot be confirmed. For example, if the property is not booked on Ostrovok or the booking has been cancelled.
Hotel accommodation not confirmed
This situation can happen if you booked one hotel, but for some reason were relocated to another. In this case, you will technically have the option to leave a review on the original item only, but the review will not go through moderation automatically because the accommodation is not confirmed.
Tip: If you would still like to leave a review for the originally booked hotel, please send the text of the review to our support. It would be great if you can attach pictures.
To the text of the review, please add a rating from 1 to 10 on the following parameters:
• Location
• Meals
• Room
• Service
• Cleanliness
• Value for the price/quality
Additionally, evaluate the quality of the WiFi:
• Did not use
• Fast
• Slow
• Not available/did not work
We will send your review for moderation and then publish it.
Foul language use
We do not publish reviews with insults, profanity, or calls for violence and accusations towards accommodation owners.
If you suspect that the reason for not posting a review may be due to the tone of the review, try changing the wording a bit and resubmitting it for moderation.
