How can I see my booking information?

  1. Click on your email address in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Select “My Bookings” from the drop-down list.

For your convenience, we have divided your booking history into several tabs:

  • “Past” — here you can see a list of bookings for which the departure date has already passed.

  • “Upcoming” — this tab contains bookings for which the arrival date is not yet due.

  • “Cancelled” — bookings that have been cancelled.

In each booking, you can see the full details of the booking: hotel name, dates of stay, number of guests, cost, payment information, booking number on Ostrovok, and the booking number assigned to this booking at the hotel or supplier partner (code).

What can I do on the booking page?

1) Print out the confirmation of the upcoming booking — a voucher with detailed information.

2) Cancel an upcoming booking. To do this:

  • Click “Other actions” → “Cancel booking.”

  • Check the cancel conditions in the pop-up window.

  • Confirm cancellation.

3) Share feedback about the accommodation. To do this:

  • Find the desired booking in the “Past” tab.

  • Click “Leave Feedback.”
